Owner Terry Covey has over 37 years of working in the construction business. One of his first jobs at 14 years old was being a laborer for a brick contractor. Through the summers of Jr. High and High School he was laying brick and laying carpet. In 1983 he formed Terry Covey Construction, Inc., which is now a division of Terry Covey Custom Homes, LLC. He has over 26 years of experience in residential and commercial construction of being a business owner. Terry grew up in the Bethany area and is a graduate of Putman City West High School, and an Alumni of Oklahoma State University.
Jackie is a graduate of Putman City West High School and Alumni of the University of Central Oklahoma. You will see Jackie out on the job sites throughout the building process which makes her a great Sales person, she knows how things are done, and is passionate about our homes. Jackie does all the bookkeeping and is in charge of all the warranty work.
Terry and his wife Jackie have been married over 20 years. They have one daughter Whitney who is attending Oklahoma State University, and one son Nicklaus who attends Edmond Memorial High School.
Terry has been a member of the Central Oklahoma Homebuilders, National Association of Homebuilders for over 25 years and a member of Who’s Who in Executive and Professionals.

Our commitment to offering top quality homes also lead us to work with a professional Interior Designer. Shelly "Cook" McInroe has over 20 years of experience, she is a graduate from Oklahoma State University. Shelly is creative and knowledgeable and wants the customer to have a fun and exciting experience, picking out all the new products for their home! Her desire is for the customer to be happy and satisfied. You will love her studio, she has many products and items to choose from!
